We strongly recommend that you do not use communication methods that are not recommended by the aiXcoder intelligent programming system to send your information. If password sign-in is available, please use a strong password that is different from the passwords used for your other accounts.
Please protect your personal information and disclose it to others only where necessary. If you discover that your personal information, account or password has been compromised, contact aiXcoder customer service immediately so that we can take appropriate measures in response to your request.

(2) Deletion

After you or we delete relevant information, applicable law and security technology limitations may prevent us from immediately deleting it from backup systems. We will securely store the information and restrict further processing until the backup can be deleted or anonymized.
(3) Changing or withdrawing consent
You may change or withdraw the scope of your authorization for us to collect and process your personal information using the method described in “(1) Access, copy, correction and supplementation.”
After you withdraw consent, we will stop processing the corresponding personal information. Your withdrawal does not affect processing that we carried out based on your authorization before the withdrawal.

8. Supplementary Provisions
(1) Right of interpretation
The final right to interpret this Privacy Policy belongs to Beijing Guixin Technologies Company Limited. Questions not expressly addressed in this Policy will be reasonably interpreted in accordance with applicable laws, regulations and the actual circumstances.
(2) Dispute resolution
Any dispute arising from this Privacy Policy should first be resolved through friendly consultation. If consultation fails, either party may submit the dispute to a court of competent jurisdiction where the Company is located.
